Today, NOS A/S is part of Grene WIS with the support from CoreCapital who has acquired NOS A/S, a strong player in the on- and offshore lifting and specialty-equipment business. NOS A/S has through deep product understanding, high quality, and strong customer relations been able to expand its business and become a leading player in both wind, marine, oil, building & construction industry. A position that will be further strengthened by this merger.

Grene Wind Industry Suppliers A/S was established in Denmark 2006 and has fast become one of the world’s largest providers of tools, special tools/equipment, power controls, components, hydraulic tools, lifting equipment and spare parts for the wind turbine industry, the offshore and energy sector, as well as their business partners. We export to more than 50 countries and thus have extensive experience in all the documentation required to ensure efficient handling from start to finish line.

We have a department in China that was established in 2010, in India in 2021 and in Panama in 2022. We are looking at several countries where it strategicly makes sense to establish ourselves in the future.

Grene WIS is ISO9001:2015 certified and we constantly seek to optimize our processes and quality. We believe that customized solutions are the most efficient supply chain for our customers.
